the stage three chips are the top range of antrx ka24e chips. it also removes the flat spot at ~2700rpm, increases low end torque and top end power are both further increased. the car will pull much harder in the top end of the rev range where it would normally drop off, the rev range is also raised to 7000rpm (this can be left at 6500rpm or alternatively to 6800rpmon request).

this chip would be strictly for well looked after engines. if your not the kind of person to get your car serviced when it should be & you dont really keep the engine in tip top condition, then i dont really recommend it for you.

if you were to run this chip it would be strictly for premium fuel only. i also dont accept any responsibility for any damage that might occur to the engine as a result of raising the rev limiter.

this is the best chip for those that want the most out of their car without having to spend money on expensive piggy back or standalone computers. its best recommended for a ka24e which is highly modded, however it has been tested with excellent results in nissman's pintara t which at the time only had headwork and a 2.25"" exhaust. as mentioned above.

ECU Chip KA24E Stg.3

I just got this chipped installed. after being screwed around to get the chip installed total cost was $230 ($140 for chip 90$ to install it) i did not expect the chip to show much of a difference at all. i re-installed the ECU into my 91 TRX and kicked it over. it ran a bit rough first off with jumping idle.. i turned it off and started it again. it sounded beautiful its idling at 700 now not 850 and now when i drive it its smoother than ever and not have the About-too bakfire feeling its smooth in all areas. took the car of a drive and i think it did notice a difference in the 2700rpm difference. its got abit more torque in the lower range aswell.. got to a hill were i know i can easily do 100km in 2nd gear with more to give.. i came up the hill today with the chip. the car was in 2nd, and revs are 3000. i hit it. it picked up instantly and threw me and my father back in the seat it was amazing it was reving harder and faster i didnt get a spedo reading tho, he is right when he says revs harder when it would normally dropoff or take time building up momentum to take on the incline. not only has this chip made my car run better but has more grunt.. Please not i have cold air induction with stock NEW airfilter. and 2.25" inch exhuast. another mod to deeply consider specially when having this chip is cold air induction. with more dence air in the engine u recieve a better throttle response.
